My concern is for people reading this thread who are in my market and will not understand why "grounding" would justifiably cost so much more as a line item in my market versus yours.But then again, the last person who rewired my multifamily couldn't even be bothered to use stress-relief cable clamps in one of the main junction boxes in the basement.

I close next week, sigh of relief…finally.  

He told me yesterday that she got approval for 100% rent relief and supposedly check is on the way.

The ERAP is an economic relief program to assistance tenants (and landlords) with past due rent and utilities during the COVID crisis.

Hi BP, I recently heard that the recent 1.9 billion  stimulus package that was passed in March has a large sum of relief allocated that would help or go towards landlords and property owners in need.

This is going up as more COVID relief funds are coming in to pay back rent as well.
