I could import a tiny home (mobile home) without issue but an actual house I had issues with.Any thoughts on this? 

@David Finley I’d talk to an attorney and see if you can work something out without going to court.Do you know anyone in the area looking to sell a mobile home park?

Hello BP,Looking to invest in the Mobile and Baldwin County areas and would like to develop a relationship with a few wholesalers down there.

I'm currently evaluating two mobile home parks for purchase.

I've been a bigger pockets member for some years now and finally dedicated my focus towards changing my life.

I don't have a lot of money saved up and I currently have poor credit 580-600, but I'm interested and dedicating myself to taking the first steps of financial independence by learning the ins and outs of the real estate industry.

Will I be able to place a mobile or stick-built home on the property without any issues or sell it for a profit?

Now, different story if you are saying your dedicated real estate purchase funds can't swing 3.5%+closing costs without dipping into your emergency fund.
