I have had many people (mostly realtors) try to sell me crap out there.

"Reno" to me is typically a case of "listing agent didn't tell the seller to fix all that crap before listing, now we gotta find a way to close."

Its simply the lowest of the low in my mind what these wholesale guru's put out this crap.. about hey don't worry.. if it does not work just walk.. you going into a transaction knowing you can't close you don't disclose it to the seller..

Well crap that makes it even easier, you send those emails asking for the disclosure package all the time.

That's a crap deal for your friend.

No luck.Next, the lawyer filed a lawsuit stating the lien was invalid, the work was crap, and we were going to sue him for the amount we had to pay to get his work fixed, attorney's fees and court costs.

@Barry AllenHi Barry, when I was in high school (just a few years ago) I ditched all that old-fashioned crap and turned to the web to make money.
