All kidding aside the way I find the best prices, also being a trades person/contractor I just say "I'm looking for a competitive price where I can come back to you in the future, I cook lunch everyday for my guys and pay in cash at the end of the day.

However, since it's mobile, you can rent them out, and develop a Self-Storage Facility WITHOUT having to pay property Taxes - Because the units are mobile, not "permanent improvements"!

Keep in mind that the first floor has a backyard and they cook alot also.Now my question is since i live in nyc am i ( the landlord) responsible for roach issues.
