Do you rely on local property managers, or do you have your own systems in place for things like maintenance, tenant communication, and rent collection?

Also, the nextdoor app is great for finding local resources.

And tell them you have other resources too (i.e. surveyors, contractors, etc).Thats what will help you land investors. 

Does anyone recomend a Rent recovery service or collections service that will go after a tenant who doesn't pay rent or skips out on the rent and leaves.I have their social etc. and they owe me 3 months of rent about $4500 and trashed the place. 

But why do you want to buy multiple homes in the same year if that would be stretching your resources and subjecting you to more cap ex?

We do get a lot of skiers , how do you share info and resources to guests?
