To me Cardone puts himself out there like a know it all celebrity and then gets the scrutiny a celebrity will get.

We know them all by first name and exchange Christmas cards, celebrate things together, etc.Francine says: “So what did you end up doing with the $500k and how come Hubby does not have a job anymore?”

We talk, we set strategy, we celebrate, we exchange gifts, and I set direction if I see something drifting away from the path to success. 

It is currently being bought up by a celebrity (not sure I can name him so I won't) looking to put in a tequila bar/speakeasy.

For example, the Birmingham Barons $64 Million Dollar state of the art baseball stadium called Regions Field,  located on 1st Street in downtown celebrated its grand opening on April 10, 2013.

Very controversial topic, before 2007 I would have said the same, keep leveraging keep buying!!!

Its like the people who get upset their order from the Burger King drive through is wrong, when if you have realistic expectations that yeah the person at Burger King serving me food is likely not going to be as good at their job as say Bryan Voltaggio or some celebrity chef.  

Look on the bright side, you started (many people never ever buy a property in their own backyard), so I suggest you celebrate your initial success of pulling the trigger and buying a property!
