@Dan Handford Dan my approach is quite different i believe than someone trying to hire a GC or subs, suppliers etc.

Use Net-30 accounts at various suppliers to establish your entity's credit initially.

Russia and Ukraine are some of the primary suppliers of Potash and Phosphorus which are primary fertilizers in the N/P/K.

This expertise can instill confidence in investors regarding your ability to identify and manage apartment complex investments effectively.Build a Network: Leverage your existing network of contacts in the real estate industry, including contractors, suppliers, and professionals you have worked with in the past.

I know you are just starting out - but we use HD Supply and some other similar hotel suppliers. 

Then again, a lot of farms are family-owned and operated with as minimal hired help as possible, and I think a lot of the hog/poultry farms might order & have products shipped straight from suppliers due to biosecurity concerns, as I never saw a salesperson on the hog farm I worked at for a short time. 

Costs will vary depending on how easy it is for your supplier to deliver to you.

It sounds like you have a solid background in the construction industry though, so it's possible you might have enough industry knowledge/direct access to good subs and suppliers that would reduce your costs enough to make the numbers work.Happy to connect if you'd like to chat more in depth about my experience and any insight I can provide to help you get started.

You can have them supply the siding and windows which they will mark up or you can send off the materials to a supplier and coordinate with an installer.

The sad thing is the PM company didn't even have a recommendation and the condo association pays heat so they should hook up with a supplier/installer.
