I'm up and in the gym by 5, home and showered by 6:30, make breakfast and send my wife off to work by 7:15, then I knock out my menial tasks (email/voicemail follow ups, etc.) and by 8 or so I'm ready to do whatever it is I need.  

Anyways, I'm in long beach, ca for the weekend and was walking along the boardwalk to look at boats, and I came across a boat bed and breakfast dock 8-10 sportfisher boats, some with lights on, so they were rented for this weekend.  

She took me to breakfast and I got all in the business about the land, which is all gone.
