Smoking outside results in the smell inside the property.

Any suggestions on where to get insurance on a flip house when you smell like smoke to all insurance companies? 

Is there perhaps a filter on the part of the supply that doesn't have the smell?

Also, the paint stores have all the cards with the pre-matched selections of colors for the body of the house, trim, etc.

We went to the property and first thing we noticed was a nasty smell of dog pee.

You gotta want it, like your body wants to breathe.

The rooms smelled horrible of urine because they would pee in their rooms from being locked in the entire time.I made it clear that I would not close if they were still living in the property!
