Insurance for Flips after Fire

I got hit this year by an arsonist who totaled a rental house.  The fire investigator suspects it is gang initiation activity.  My rental insurance company did not cancel my existing policies but will not write new policies.

I also flipped houses.  In the past, I got a policy with my rental insurance company and when the house sold, I cancelled the policy.  Did this for years.  No problem.  But that doesn't work now.  

Any suggestions on where to get insurance on a flip house when you smell like smoke to all insurance companies?  I've asked a few insurance brokers and they won't even consider it.
