Making more income requires a significant amount of time, stress, and energy which would come at the expense of my family.I've also gotten to the point where it's harder to delay gratification--it's not a skill my wife is great at (so delaying gratification frequently means I go without, and she doesn't) and spending $2000 to go see nephews and nieces is much more important than having an extra 5 shares of google or MSFT.

Hi Everyone,My wife and I are looking to buy our first MFH in the Cleveland area, and I’m interested in knowing if anyone has had to deal with squatters on their properties.

It is a beautiful tract in the Smokies, on 2 acres, and 300 feet of Cosby Creek, a nice trout stream. 

My wife and I have owned 4 STR's since 2017, and downsized to 2 in 2021.

My wife and I have the same strategy of buying a primary residence every year and then renting it out when we move to the next home. 

I think they are the orginal buyer of the house and those houses back then were selling for about 350 to 450k  My wife is going to list it for 1.1.. and they are buying an 850k from me.
