They will get kind of annoyed if you keep inundating them with questions and it won't be worth it to them-they could get a contractor or laborer to do whatever you're doing for cheap and not have to deal with explaining themself every step of the way.

To me, the ones that are annoying are the ads and solicitations that get revived after being dormant for years.Discussions and posts where questions were asked to get assistance - those are oldies but goodies, and bringing them back every so often is actually a good thing.Hope that those distinctions make sense.

I haven't had any problems with them but I wouldn't want to have them as a creditor--I've heard the horror stories on Dave Ramsey's show.One annoying thing is they are phasing out doing wire transfers for customers inside the bank (even though you would pay the fee).

the most annoying thing to me is when i see a property on the MLS that a wholesaler tries to turn for a profit, without doing anything or adding any sort of value.
