Only problem I forsee is my work is in west midtown and finding something close to the area may be difficult.

Upon graduation in 2015, my wife and I packed up our belonging and made our way West searching for that ocean breeze and ended up in Los Angeles.Experience:I made a great friend that recently introduced me to bigger pockets, and I've been hooked since.

I have looked at them. 4 quadplex buildings near 231, just west.

As a builder/investor we have built 4 duplexes over the last 2.5 years and just broke ground in west Asheville on our fifth.

No issues now, but it's bound to happen eventually.My properties are all in Texas county, but I have no problem dealing with someone in either the West Plains or Springfield areas.

@Mark Sokolowski This is basically the norm now on the entire west coast.

Because, the South Florida market, sell prices fluctuate so wildly compared to relatively stable cash flow markets like the mid-west. 

It's on the north side of the property and it's the west half of a townhouse/duplex that is being rented out.
