Apparantly I was consdired as spam or something.

Its a gamble sure but the historic return on the stock market is 8% a year.

How can a state law supercede a federal law.I don't believe it can. it's the reason CA's very strong anti-spam law has been watered down, and the Federal CAN/SPAM prevails.The law can say let's play nice, but that's just words.

If you are successful putting properties under contract at too high a price and offer that to real investors your e-mails will be sent straight to the spam box if you are lucky.

I agree, if anybody speculate in stocks long term thats gambling, Eliminating both fundamental and technical analysis and create cover calls generate cash flow.

As far as gambling goes, I'd like to put myself in position to benefit from continually increasing rents, and not put myself on the other side of the table.

Even if you could, it's a big gamble.
