@Dylan Willbanks, A lender slowing you down a little might not be the worst thing. 

I'm going slow.

We see the party slowing down but see a lot of upside in Class B and Class C product which have not been able to make it out of underwriting for the past couple of years (and really has not been built for several decades, at this point).

We currently rent the unit out as an MTR during the slow season and an STR during the spring and summer.

The only thing that will slow down the process is only having 30k in savings.

We want to make this process faster and a lot of GC are slow. 

Robust GDP growth and deflation, albeit slow, are holding into the holiday season.
