BRRRR in TN

Hey guys! 

We're working on our first 2 BRRRs. I'm currently trying to figure out some stuff regarding general contractors licensing. I've found some great options for future BRRRs and I already have subcontractors for future BRRRs. Problem is I dont have a GC. Current 2 units, we're using self-contractor since its full cash. I'm not sure how we can do the next few since rule is we can only do that every 2 years. I'd love to have a conversation if there's anything in TN that can help? We want to make this process faster and a lot of GC are slow.
