I asked them if they had a list of requirements I could use to ensure that when I come them for an investment loan I can meet their standards and not waste everyones time coming to them with a loan app that will be denied.

It just hasn't been worth the cost to upgrade to the buildium and app folio type players.

If you find a property you like you can use Airdna , Everbooked or even another app I will not mention due to moderation rules to get a better idea on how well it will perform.  :-)As for the specific areas like I said before, Lake Tahoe or pretty much anything south of Squaw Valley is going to perform better but cost more to purchase. 

You have many apps that can help you with these chores.No need for an extension because of a 1031, but it's needed due to timing.

There are apps and software programs you can use to automate this process once you're at that stage in your business growth.

Some provide drinks/apps.

You can download the 'meetup' app and search real estate to find the local clubs in your area. 

In Hong Kong, they have app that specializes for renting out haunted units.
