Hello my name is Jessi,

A friend and myself are beginning our research into investing into a property to become landlords. Right now we are looking into LLC, financing, real estate lawyers (we will need one), who is responsible for what. Things we have already great credit, money saved (never enough though right?), a great CPA who also is a real estate investor, and a great real estate agent.

Both of us separately bought homes in the last year.  I did not grow up fixing things but am not afraid to learn and get dirty.

My goal is to buy several properties over the next few years.  I do not expect to pay myself for quite a long time and am good with that.

Thank you!
