I don't have time to take a class in it, but can you recommend any books or online courses on shooting interiors of buildings?  

I did a five page report and 15 min power pint presentation on him for an interior design class last semester.

I personally do not like how fish eyed the wide view is when taking pictures for the interior of a property.

You need condo insurance (HO6 policy form) to cover the interior drywall and buildout (cabinets, flooring, etc).

Exterior walls standing, new roof, interior walls, siding, no landscape, no patio, with 2 car garage, you're looking around 200-250/sf if you want high end. i like those size projects.

One is to keep interior walls permeable (online references) and one is to try to seal them (experienced construction guy). 

I am a project manager for exterior construction so I don't deal with interior jobs, but you should be able to know at least 80-90% of what needs to be done and what the real cost is through estimating the project.
