@Shavar Golden very good information, thank you for the info, I’m making my list now.

Due to company mismanagement, I only lasted 4 months, and found myself working part time as a recreation specialist for the next year and a half, until I was given a golden opportunity: marketing manager for a very successful real estate agent in Orange County.

Most of us never make it out of Chicago/IL with our money....consider it a golden opportunity!

TV, radio talk shows, and Facebook are all full of how-to guides and tale trading of fantastic flips as well as those that turned to flops.But the fact remains, when done right flipping a property can be a golden opportunity to turn pennies into dollars.

Unless the property is right outside of the military base...you are golden.

@Sean McCluskey getting the 1% property tax in Indy (as an investor) would be the golden goose.
