Our neighbor has his gate post encroaching 2 Feet into our property.

This will be the first of hopefully many investment properties, and would like to set the right strategy out of the gate. 

My broker recently contacted me with info that the property was seized by local water and sewer for failure to pay back a couple years ago.I reached out to registry of deeds about info on the property, but the gate keepers just sent me back to the site.

A lot of the big people like Robert Kiyosaki, Donald Trump, Bill Gates, and other very successful people support the Network Marketing companies.

But this water flows into back yards by ditches, where you open and shut small gates to direct it into yards.

Some may charge $150 a month which is low while others can charge $1.5K+ a month for security, guards, gates.

So here is my current situation:- Wife and I own our property in Carson, estimated value of 520K (3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath in gated community).  

Once you have a solid foundation then you want to go big right out of the gate.
