@Susan TanNot to sound flippant, but when investors buy bonds we don't see the actual paper, we don't see the factory or boardroom when we buy a stock, and most people wouldn't even really know what to look for when looking at a property.

Possible exceptions are "production-type" jobs such as factory worker or just stocking shelves. 

The big factor to me when deciding to sell or relinquish is headache factor.  I

Did a factory with 10% of the local workforce shut it doors?

Vacancy factor is really low as we are still seeing non paying tenants due to covid, how will you buffer that ? 

The difference with engineered floors is they provide a factory finish that is stronger than typical floor stains.
