I called to ask a question and I got "Due to the economic situation we are no longer processing loans" My broker said they have loans out with a lot of large businesses around the area and Boston.

Also city of Boston, where I live, just closed down all construction projects of all sizes. 

Restaurant servers, cooks, those in retail, hotels and transport are literally out of work right now.

(Western MA, east, central, Boston area?)
