If you're referring to having someone go personally serve a tenant at their workplace, then that should be fine because it fulfills the personal service requirement.

I somehow got in contact with the supervisor of the supervisor of the supervisor at Altisource over the phone.

That said, there was nothing keeping the tenants from exercising their right to turn the lease into a month-to-month (albeit unlikely).I mentioned this to the supervisor, but he suggested that line of reasoning would not get approved.

Not sure what your job is at Amazon... it's not a 8-hour day kind of work place. :)  I live in West Seattle.  

The contract that I signed doesn't say that the fee is refundable but the supervisor of the agent I'm working with assured me they will refund after closing my first deal so I'm ok with it. 

The actual plumber was just talking his trainee through the work kinda like a supervisor.

You may categorize my opinion as shallow or imperfect, however, I've witnessed people getting selected for jobs and opportunities constantly based on how they dress and how professionally they act in the work place.
