Hey everyone! I was wondering if there were any investors around the Columbus Ohio area that could use my help. I have a very interesting opportunity that could benefit everyone involved. I'm a maintenance supervisor for about 150 units at 2 different locations in Worthington Ohio. I'm hoping someone out there could use my knowledge and service in the maintenance field to help them better their own properties in return for their knowledge in the investor side of things. I'm planning on buying my first multifamily property next year and could use a good person to turn to for answers. The only payment I will accept is knowledge and advice with the investor side of things. Maybe I could sit in on a deal? Maybe we can chat and go over some numbers on different properties?
