I think it's a very safe bet to see the inverse true, and then when you classify demand out(the one's who are interested but cannot qualify) it'll get even wider.3.

But if you have properties you own you could use those as leverage and secure against those but no lender is going to give you basically an unsecured line which would attach if you win a foreclosure sale.

If you get sued what is the likelihood they will win and what are the possible damages?

They focus on finding long-term tenants, and it's a win-win as less turnover is less expense for us and less work for them. 

@Dennis Carter IINot an attorney but I do not see why title insurance would cover this as there was no written agreement that was missed it was verbal - there was nothing they missed.Sounds like your best bet is to drill your own well.

Tenant is giving me the run around and will end up staying until the last day if I had to bet and sheriff will have to come to I did this eviction myself and screwed up by not properly serving tenant summons.
