Some peoples trash is another treasure, but only if you have an actual plan, not just a dream that 15k is really cheap.Good Luck.

As others have commented, the property looks spectacular and I'm sure it will be a treasured acquisition for a soon-to-be buyer. 

@Ruben Trillo Have you tried reaching out the county treasurer/tax collector office? 

Those details are what makes the place more valuable to sell in the future, and many tenants also are willing to pay a premium to live in a nicely restored place with period details.I wouldn't advise anyone to own a historic property if they don't love and treasure these old gems, inside and out.

There are a few vacant properties I am looking at; one is filled with a hoarder's "treasures" and the other is a property that the owners have walked away from, occupied by squatters, and the bank is waiting out the clock to foreclose on it. 

As a fairly popular destination for travel on the Treasure Coast, I feel as though it could be smart move.

Also, you would have to find out from the county treasurer if there are any back taxes on the mobile home.

The HOA board is in shambles, the treasurer had multiple strokes and for many times cannot hold a pen to write checks.
