Hoping to get you some traffic by posting.

This site gets near-zero traffic, so I can't see how it could deliver bookings for you.

I currently have numerous emails piling up but I can't figure out how to get them organized and into a database from income emails.I also try redirecting traffic to my website to capture their information there because I don't have bandwidth.

At best it's because they are lazy, at worst they are trying to drive more traffic to themselves.

I live 20 miles away from my rental; 30-45 mins depending on traffic.  

Approach those first and then work your way down the list.Look at traffic counts in front of your site.

Not to mention the insane traffic congestion.  

If I had nothing going on "in house" I would look for something else that will drive some traffic.

Often residents of "not so good" are more helpful and considerate than people living in the top neighborhoods who want the world to know how special and entitled they are.Try to pay attention to who your neighbors will be and what type of traffic goes through the neighborhood.From a strictly investment standpoint, in Silicon Valley, lower rated neighborhoods and lower rated homes tend to have more volatile prices.
