He just had great hints for when i had 0 experience under my belt and was wondering if now that i have a tiny bit of experience if it was worth going. 

I have also talked to several newer investors from BiggerPockets about expanding the Tiny House community here.  

I'm trying to add an additional 2 or 3 tiny houses on the property as well.

The downtown area is very old school european and it is filled with is small buildings with tiny apartments or studios that occupied by students, airbnbs, or couples.

There are likely Tiny House builders near your land or you could fly into Atlanta and buy some at the Tiny House Festival.

I wonder how they divy up depreciation between hundreds of tiny/micro investors per property ??

For instance, in one of my rentals, the primary bathroom was TINY, and everyone commented on that.
