And if they aren't interested today make sure you follow up on a scheduled basis so that you catch them when they are interested.when we marketed for timber land.. we dripped the heck out of the owners.. and my partner would always say as long as the trees are still standing its still a lead.

If you put a nice tree or little patio with chairs then the extension from the interior spaces goes to the exterior landscape area.

Hi Mike,If it were mine, I'd paint the house white (because that might make it look a little bigger) with a conservative blue trim.I'd cut the tree branches above the windows on the tree in front of the house.Put some nice new house numbers on it, trim the shrubs and do something with the sidewalk, possibly pavers like in the pic below (if the neighborhood was appropriate for it--if not probably pour a new walkway).
