There are "total" limits but I don't think there is a limit to the number of loans, just the sum of all the VA loans.Also as stated above, if you try to acquire another property in the same area there are stipulations and restrictions.

VA Loans do have additional stipulations over traditional financing, primarily the VA appraisal.Depending on your market sellers might be willing to pay closing costs.In the DMV area right now anything seen as "extra" is going to hurt your offer.

@Steve Fitzgerald a good party would included drugs booze and strippers ;) but I would include a max occupancy clause and stipulate number of vehicles allowed in the driveway.
