Downstairs, the canned light fixtures were removed from the kitchen and dining room and temporary air vents were inserted into the ceiling space with commercial dryers blowing and circulating the air until completely dry.

If you are looking to prevent them, keep your structure dry and fix plumbing leaks promptly.

During the walk through, I noticed that the washing machine and drying machine were both coin operated.

My own two cents from the world of tech entrepreneurship, the fact hat you have demand may stem out of your ability to sell, not necessarily from a great product.
