Houston Investor Looking for My 4th (and 5th, and 6th!) Project

My name is Nick Cegelski and I am an investor in Houston, TX (although I live in Southern California). I currently own two SFRs in Houston and have done a couple rehab projects. 

Looking to network with hungry agents, wholesalers and contractors. I work with a couple business partners and we are aggressively looking for the next deal.
