I was fairly undisciplined with my personal spending after growing up in an incredibly poor household with a single mother (working in real estate during the global recession) trying to raise my two younger siblings and me.

I am interested in opening up a group home to serve adults with special needs, as I have two siblings who will eventually need this type of care.

I could sort of see having a sibling live for free or a reduced rent to manage a multi-unit (with a willingness to throw them out if it doesn't work) for a multi unit building, but not for a duplex. 

Seller needs more time to contact 2 other siblings in another state on if it’s OK to sell this property?!

Me and my Siblings have in herited servaral properties in a small town in southeast Alabama.

The son who is caring for his mother wants to sell the property before his mother passes so he doesn't have to deal with other siblings that have been less than helpful apparently.

(There are 3 siblings with no issues between each other or the process).

They've asked my two older siblings and I to do something with it so it does not go to waste.

They bought it from the heirs (himself and siblings) using our hard money financing. 

I would recommend that you may want to use your siblings address with the application.
