Me and my Siblings have in herited servaral properties in a small town in southeast Alabama. We have put all property in a LLP. We have 10 acres of industrial properties on a main state Highway and several other properties as well. We don't currently live there . What could we do or bring to a small town with this industry properties that would make us some type of profit.
