Somehow the academians once set it without realizing home prices have both tail ends which can shift median (i.e. mid-point) left or right especially there are huge estates or small sized home in a small community that can distort the comparison.

Its been really a really huge mental shift for me in terms of understanding my personal finances, although in reality its just a slight change in behavior.

That being said, I do invest through my LLC not so much for the liability protection but more for the ability to shift benefits to other owners within the company.  

I'm currently working to transition from my full time shift work job to a full time real estate investor. 

I am having a little bit of trouble shifting gears but I am working on is slowly.I am in Rhode island, I have been looking for deals on the MLS ( slim pickings as it seems ALOT of people in RI are looking for deals there) So I started a secondary search for wholesalers but The three I have found ( Craigslist) seem to be evaluating house differently then me because  when I run the 75% test its off.. Currently, I'm a licensed hair stylist and work in a restaurant but am looking to shift my career path to being fully committed to my business.     

Later i found out why the cats were there...the local feral cat society set up shop behind the shopping center creating a make shift habitat for these feral cats, and would even come by and feed them on a very regular basis. 

Doing some hard math now for 2 years to be patient and just looking for the shift.

Im still at the point where I am trying to accumulate as much debt as I can, but in a few years I believe I will have enough debt and will shift strategy.
