Any ideas or suggestions for something in really ANY aspect of the industry that would create immediate and relatively significant cash-flow (still raising 4 teens, and have a decent sized budget to cover every month) with my background??

Know why you don't read about those, because it doesn't sell books, it can't readily be monetized by some "Guru", it isn't sexy and flashy talking about how to get rich SLOW, no, everyone wants to read that all they need to do is change a mindset and congrat's a check is in the mail for tens of thousands. 

If it was two teens having mutual sex I wouldn't have an issue.  

I canceled a commitment to some teens at my church last week to make it to the [canceled] meeting and pushed it to this upcoming Wednesday.

I will figure it out in that case.The other rudimentary 'formula ' is to not do things my teens or a basic handyperson can do. 

You could turn it into a revenue generating feature.Also, you might need to find a local teen to maintain it.
