I just have experience with Google.I'm very weary of Craigslist because of the plethora of scams on the site, so I do not use it for my property.

@Lee Rimmer Requiring a deposit with an application is not at all uncommon and is in no way some sort of scam.

No scamming either, education is key for consumers across the board.  

I previously posted and vented on how much of a scam this service is on several threads and under their other trading names.
