All floors were ripped out and replaced, walls and ceilings touched up and repainted, etc.  

For example, repainting common walls, replacing gate operators, etc. 

She moved out and I rerented in a few days at a better rent and only had to quickly repaint the bedroom & bath.  

He got the inside & outside of the house repainted for $2,000.

I live in Virginia and a couple of contractors have told me that trying to re-paint an old porch floor is getting to be as troublesome as asbestos these days.

Sometimes also included when talking about unit turnover when repainting or replacing carpet/tile.

Even if you generate $350 to $450 in cash flow per month, that's a razor thin margin if you have a few months of lost rent, need to replace the roof, repaint a unit, or replace an AC unit. 

While we, and many others that have seen our house, think that the colors we have selected are nice and clean we wonder if we need to repaint the house with one neutral color.
