Prior to moving into my unit, I did a small $10k remodel (floors, kitchen, paint) and plan to do the same to the other unit at some point to get top dollar for rent on each side when I decide to move out.I am interested in what people would suggest my next move would be.

The property needed a lot of love and upgrades, and slowly over the last 2 years I’ve done multiple remodeled and a ton of work, BUT My net monthly income is now 1100 and I’ve increased the value of the property by 200k.
