If you want exposure, do some volunteer work down by the area on a regular basis.Second, city investments traditionally don't do anything to magically increase the prosperity of the ghetto.

But you know what...I am learning more than most and will be that much more ahead of the game next deal and I will prosper on number 2!

On top of that I look at external forces such as developments and crime rates in the area to see how it can prosper.

I'm still a little nervous as to moving forward with that goal at the moment given my area but I am sure that will soon change once the stadium is implemented and surrounding businesses will begin to prosper along with the housing market and school systems.
