OCF introduced us to the title company and gave a referral for an insurance company (The one they use for their personal portfolios).

@Pranav Parikh speaking from experience having had many clients set up an STR remotely - based in CA and setting one up in Nashville.First thing to do would be to contact your boots on the ground for a referral.

I follow a lot of Dave Ramsey groups and listen to him a lot, and this seems to be the approach he promotes.

I keep the CA brokers as I will do some referral work through the course of the year and with price points in CA referral fee's can be 10k plus..
