Hi Max, I have similar problem as the original poster.

I've been trying to scoop this place before it went to foreclosure and the older lady owner is long gone and moved away and I cannot track down her or any of her children.My attorney says it might not be a problem until I try to sell or refinance and someone does a title search and sees this unsatisfied lien and will not loan against the property, which is a problem as I plan to BRRRR it. 

But it's a false "problem" as without a written offer from Slowski to e-sign you're in ZERO position.  

I was able to find my color that matched my house no problem as it was stocked at the store.

She was allowed to cure the problem as she had the means to pay her rent.

If they only have a B-1/B-2 visa, you have a problem as they can only be in the U.S. as a visitor or tourist for 3 months, and then have to fly back out to country of origin. 

This is a problem as when the winter came we had to keep the heat at a minimum temperature at all time to prevent the pipe from freezing.

Historically, I've found singles to be a problem as they just don't seem to care.
