The verbiage definitely makes it sound like they have the right to inspect (and will periodically), but that may go back to prioritizing "problematic" rentals vs blanket inspections everywhere.

I'm personally someone who likes to collaborate with someone I trust so it would mean talking to that person regularly and forming a strong relationship.

Urban areas with diverse economies would have stable demand since travellers would prioritize holidays, events (weddings, graduations, etc), and family visits.
