The primary question is, since inflation is eating away your money, how do you put it to use and hedge?

These second position loans are becoming ever more important, since nobody wants to give up their 3% primary mortgage.

Me , I want to preserve my credit rating , ( and money ) if things go south , the best I can . ( Hasnt happened but I do prepare ) My suggestion , consider selling your primary where you live and move to Florida .
