Deal overview;Purchase price = $350k. 4,000 sqft, 5/4 that had an in-law suite above the garage, complete with a tar-pit (I mean pool, but you couldn’t tell the difference), hurricane damaged roof with inside water damage, two kitchens that needed appliances/updating, 2,300 ft of flooring needed replaced, $45k in city fines that we had to navigate (settled on $1,500 in fines, title company assured me that would be the case, but I was still apprehensive, glad we listened) and lots of granite, paint & fixtures!

It would save families from trying to navigate San Antonio and make it to the events on time; It would allow them to spend more precious time with their graduate-because time with their sons and daughters and siblings and spouses is very limited on that weekend; and it would provide a year-round opportunity for you to keep the unit filled and cash flow.

Keep in mind this comes with caveats and strategies like BRRRRR can be difficult to pull off without properly navigation.  

We are excited to put the 'scientific method' into action and are eager to learn and navigate a new business.

What I don’t understand is how to navigate seemingly vast distance between concept and hiring a qualified contractor.

Additionally, if you are able to become really good at navigating the new tenant laws this could be a competitive advantage for you.

Ambulance chasing attorneys know their way around and can legally navigate around Insurance Policies.

Should I bring my own real-estate agent to help navigate the contracts? 

There are differences of opinion on whether one can safely navigate within this law for targeting pre-foreclosures and subject-to's.
