You can add voiceovers, background music, title slides, pointers to highlight what's on the screen, and even has a little window where you can show yourself (or whatever you point your video camera at).It's a few hundered bucks, but for me it paid for itself several times over with business it helped close for me.You can also go for "Jing" which is the lite version of Camtasia.

Mine basically walks through properties I am interested in using the camera on his IPhone and as he is filming, he points out potential costs ( broken items, stains, age of appliances,anything that is easily visible.)

However a new bad actor tenant at a different property (not my property) has brought some trouble to town.Long story short, the bad actor tenant has been involved in a number of unwanted activities including a party a couple of weeks ago that got way out of hand and a shooting occured (at least 20 to 30 rounds fired and recorded by various security cameras).A couple of errant bullets struck one of my properties, and my tenants vehicles.
