Good morning everyone,Quick question as I am still new in the real estate world.

I was talking w/a very experienced MF syndicator this morning and I know him very well. 

Good morning,I have been on here for a couple weeks now reading and taking in all the great information available.

Our plan is to email potential buyers and agents who have already expressed interest in the home and tell them they have an exclusive window until Monday morning to view the house if they so choose.

If not possible for others , we can shoot for one of the weekend early morning once a month whatever is convenient for other Folsom folks. 

@Caleb Heimsoth Good Morning My wife's parents are allowing us to stay there to save money so we can get a good start at whatever we want to do plus they are not rushing us. so I thought why not invest in something that can help us out, even more, when we decide to leave.

I think I was literally listening to the podcast this morning, it was #218 with Erik Stark, it’s not all about the topic you mentioned but he does talk about it in the podcast.

I will give them a call tomorrow morning.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a service provider that would just take cans to the curb and bring them back in the morning?
