Outside investors aren't going to trust your professionalism or that you are meticulous enough to run a project if time isn't even spent to communicate with proper grammar and correct spelling.

In this structure, an IRA such as that above is the stating point, but the IRA is then invested into a specially crafted LLC.  

That is, seeing what is important to her and crafting your pitch around that.

That's it, you have to put in the time and learn your craft.  

I also want to work with someone who is honest and very meticulous at reasonable prices.
