If I was a betting man, I bet you paid thousands of dollars for something that can be done for $100 and they have ownership interest or referral fees for those entities

These little owls literally dig into the ground to make burrows for shelter. 

Instead of putting up hundreds of thousands of dollars, you could spend only few thousands and get your first deal, then another and then another and so on.

Now my parents are still married but imagine if you can that one day my father comes home and declares after 40 years of marriage, that he fell in love with his secretary or one of his buddy's at work ( lol, I just had a image of my dad being gay ..) it has happened to 100's of thousands of women.

3 years ago when I first started my REi journey I thought I could do everything myself I’m big on DIY… (I did just that, I launched my first rental just like most of yall *BP,Youtube,books, I literally didn’t know what a mastermind even was , few months into my journey I started to feel stuck and couldn’t get the answers I needed. ran into a few of Jesse’s YouTube interviews and I was hooked on MTR (Travel nurses was topic during this time) I tried doing it myself and failed countless times and I wasn’t sure If I was even heading towards the right direction. 

For the unit to be up to code I had to hire an electrician and all of them were mentioning that It would be thousands of dollars to fix.

What they dont understand is with maintenance, vacancy, holding costs, repairs, turn over renovations and a thousand other things, many will never recover what they put in.

We are not at the stage yet where you should spend tens of thousands of dollars on an attorney filing a lawsuit or requesting arbitration.

A single bad tenant will cost you thousands to tens of thousands of dollars.

I am literally in a sticky situation with the seller because she owes some back taxes on her property.
